Generators
gas hydrogen generator converts distilled deionized water
into hydrogen gas by utilizing the solid polymer electrolyte
(SPE), the most advanced technology for producing hydrogen
in the world. The Generators
gas hydrogen generator generates pure hydrogen
directly with electrolytic separation of pure water (deionized
water) by a SPE cell. There is no need for an alkali solution
to use. It can be used as hydrogen container replacement
in many places and is safe, reliable, practical, easy to
operate and carry. Generators
gas hydrogen generator consists of (SPE) electrochemical
cell, water tank, hydrogen/water separator, desiccant cartridge,
sensor, digital display, control circuit board, main and
supplementary constant-current devices and safety valve.
The (SPE) electrochemical cell uses a perfluorinated membrane
as electrolyte. Only pure water is electrolyzed to generate
hydrogen. When the power switch is turned on, hydrogen and
oxygen are generated on the cell's cathode and anode respectively.
The hydrogen flows into the hydrogen/water separator in
which the hydrogen and water are separated. Oxygen is vented
to atmosphere. The hydrogen flows into the desiccant cartridge
which insures that the hydrogen is pure and dry and then
is supplied from the output. The pressure and flow of the
hydrogen are regulated automatically by a control circuit
and they are constant output and digital display. An alarm
can sound automatically in case of over pressure and any
trouble occurring in the system. The generator is always
running safely. |

liquid hydrogen by compression via a two-stage pulse tube cryocooler
precooling the gaseous hydrogen at ~3.6W at 20.28K in the first
stage down to ~60K and then liquefies the hydrogen at ~13W@60K down
to 20K in the condenser in the second stage using compressed helium
in the cold head through stainless steel flexible lines achieving
cryogenic temperatures by expanding the high-pressure helium to
low-pressure. This is repeated approximately 80 times per minute.
The timing is controlled by a rotary valve, which activates flow
of helium though the regenerators, across the heat exchanger and
charging the expansion volumes with high-pressure helium. The rotary
valve then turns 45 degrees and the high-temperature is allowed
to expand out of the expansion volumes, across the heat exchangers
and through the regenerators back to the suction side (low-pressure)
of the compressor package.

accident or deterioration; 2. Failure caused by incorrect handling
during operation, misuse, neglect, alteration, dismantling or modification;
3. Running over maximum flow rates, dry feeds or electrical shock;
4. Using poor, erratic or impure inflow feeds, and; 5. Failure to
conform to the operation and maintenance manual.

Qualified Alternative Fuel Motor Vehicle (QAFMV) Tax Credit
A tax credit is available toward the purchase of QAFMVs, which may
be either new, original equipment manufacturer vehicles or vehicles
that have been repowered by an aftermarket conversion company to
operate on an alternative fuel. Qualifying alternative fuels are
those powered by natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen,
and fuel containing at least 85% methanol.
Fuel Cell Motor Vehicle Tax Credit
A tax credit of up to $8,000.
Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit
A tax credit is available for up to 30% of the cost of installing
alternative fueling equipment, not to exceed $30,000.
Modified Accelerated Cost-Recovery System (MACRS) + Bonus Depreciation
The federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) classified fuel
cells, microturbines and solar hybrid lighting technologies as five-year
property as well. The federal Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, enacted
in February 2008, included a 50% bonus depreciation provision for
eligible renewable-energy systems. |
